      PTO given up front to be used during the year.

      Cons

      All call ins count against you- even if you give advanced notice per policy and provide a Dr note. 8 call ins within 12 months equal termination; therefore, if you call in several days in a row with ongoing fever (obeying employee health policy) more than once per year, you may be done. Health insurance will not start until 45 days after start of employment

      pto bank is good and the environment is pleasing. I made life long friends.

      Leadership is selfish and don't value their employees. The individual needs of the employees are different and they don't care about that.

      They were flexible with my work schedule

      Cons

      Leadership is not great. I did not feel welcomed or included at all. It was also very disorganized and when I left I asked several times for certain documents I needed for my records and still have yet to receive them.
