The job requires much more than what you expect for the pay. Some days you do not get much accomplished because of all the extra responsibilities. There are always new responsibilities and pay increases are small.

If you like working under Directors that yell at you because of someone else's error then this is the place for you! always someone trying to point the finger at someone else for mistakes being made! Christus has taking on too many locations with no regard to hiring new Associates for help in the patient access center. High-stress, no respect for associates, low pay. The leadership level of this healthcare revenue cycle is a disgrace.
