      Pros

      System leadership is top notch. The mission statement is not just words on a wall they are lived on a daily basis throughout the system. Strong faith based system.

      None that I experienced while working there.

      Pros

      There is great team work on the unit I am on. Everyone works very hard to help each other with patient care. You are able to pick your own days to work.

      Cons

      Equipment is always broken. Management is never present and bias at times. Communication between night and day shift is non existant. Employees are rarely given raises. Employees are given multiple tasks to do which take away from patient care and then disciplined when there are poor patient satisfaction ratings.
