Pros
Tuition reimbursement, Mentorship Talent Management Program to assist with career path and goals. This is a Catholic faith-based organization, so community service is encouraged and Christian principles are welcome.
Cons
Some departments, mostly accounting and patient financial services work late hours, so there is a lack of work-life balance. The company doesn't often promote from within and will overlook perfectly qualified individuals that have been with the company for years by not even considering them for advancement.
