      Good pay. Great paid time off. Excellent combination for retaining good talent. Good location and connectivity. Commitment to become a good citizen

      Cons

      Management is not flexible with allowing work from home options. With the cost of day care these days, it's important that companies show flexibility.

      Team effort in all departments. Faith based organization that supplies every need to employees and empowers them to succeed. Patient Care is first and foremost!

      Cons

      Press Ganey Scores seem to dictate more of the employment atmosphere that it should. Understaffed in some departments. Hiring process is long and drawn out.
