      Pros

      Company makes appearance at attempting to care for employees. Pay and benefits are average.

      Cons

      Hard work is not rewarded in a meaningful way. Company moves slowly to implement changes. Bad managers are given too many chances resulting in loss of talented people. Many teams are understaffed and overworked with no clear direction / voice on major projects. Performance reviews are a Joke.

      Free onsite doctor visits, Cafeteria (high), Covered Parking, Gym, CEO Mr. Ernie is so personable and friendly; if only he would have upper management follow.

      Cons

      Very unprofessional, No training, Excuses for everything by management leads down, unorganized, structured for lunches and breaks only, No recognition unless you in the IT crowd

      Unknown branding. Low morale. Poor sr. leadership. Don't practice what they preach as a Christian organization. HR leadership unwilling to upgrade HRIS.
