      No Mission at all, only bussiness oriented

      Pros

      Good bussiness oriented leaders but very thought on results, that blinds them for all good practices, some times they get good results.

      Cons

      They don´t care about "assosiates" at all, they want that you do as planed and if you think differet they get punitive, "you are out fast".

      Good culture, flexible hours for associates, new building relocated in 2012, benefits are OK, health insurance could be better, 403b matching up to 2.5%, profit sharing [success sharing] is minimal for associates but gets larger at the system director level

      Cons

      Below pay as a non-profit provider in the DFW metroplex, not a good mentor program, not a lot of attention paid to career tracks which would be helpful,

      Pros

      Compensation is competitive. CEO is a very "nice guy".

      Cons

      For a faith-based company, the hypocrisy is astonishing. There's a lack of trust. Sr Leaders are completely self-serving. Favoritism is rampant. There's no plan for transforming to Affordable Care. Weakest links: IT, Finance, HR, Mission & Strategy. Don't even mention Population Health. There's not even a baseline understanding of the true definition. No sense of urgency or excellence.
