      Family type atmosphere. Flexible schedule

      Cons

      No room for advancement. Feel like I can't approach the right team members or management. Employees are overworked from being short staffed. Employees that don't do work or don't come to work don't face consequences.

      Pros

      The company cared about its employees and showed appreciation. The pay was okay,I liked assisting the patients with their bills and I enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      I didn't like that we had to use our vacation time when were out sick and for holiday. My manager was not fair when it came to promoting, she had favoritism and it was hard to promote out of customer service.

      Free covered parking. Nice building.

      Cons

      The PFS dept is a sinking ship. Leadership is not cohesive. Nothing transparent. Favoritism is the only way to succeed. Irving business being shifted out source.
