      Very Un-Organized, Strict and lack of leadership from the Management

      Pros

      The benefits and compensation were good.

      Cons

      The way the employees are treated are unfair, as an associate you are only allowed one personal item on your desk, you are not allowed music, headphones....tattoos must not be visible, they work off of too many systems, this is very similar to a "sweat shop" The floor in PFS is an "open concept" so you have no cubicles. They are totally understaffed for the amount of work they have.

      I would not recommend that anyone work here now that Ernie Sadue has taken over the company.

      Cons

      Upper management does not care about employees, work ethic, or compassion anymore. They treat employees like trash and throw them out at the slightest provocation to hide their own short comings. This company has been headed downhill since Dr Royer stepped down as president. In the last year new president Ernie Sadue has layed off 700 employees from Houston and hired incompetent replacements in the new Dallas headquarters. Managers are cruel and seem to enjoy harassing their employees.

      Pros

      large employer in San Antonio, good bennifits could be very stable due to the field and what the community needs. But managemnt did not care about the employees.

      Cons

      knew background and skills but did not have other employees or management help to succeed. Was not ready for the new employee when arrived. HAd employee do work on systems with no operating proceedures.
