They want to take naps and you cannot disturb them whoever tries is history, only slaves are welcomed no leaders since leadership is there for over quarter century.

This is by far one of the most toxic places I have ever worked. Upper management or as they like to call themselves “leadership” is the absolute worst. You catch leaders talking about the demise and ending associate’s employment, and gossiping behind their backs. The inside click and the way people get isolated, shoved out, and ostracized for bringing suggestions to management is truly disturbing. These are some of the most cutthroat individuals on the planet, and they all operate under the auspice of being a catholic organization. Their values are an absolute joke. This is not the place that anybody who cares about their mental health would ever want to work. Not to mention the pay is pathetic. Knives in your back every time you turn around.
