      Benefits, work life balance is ok

      Cons

      Management needs to be fair when enforcing companies policy don't have a discussion with one employee but terminate another when both employees committed the same offense with no additional issues. Need to improve communication when it comes to concerns brought up by employee's. The turnover has gotten worse and the pay is still below average. You get hired to do buyer work but end up training new employees with no pay increase which then causes you to fall behind on your work assignments. Promotions are lateral unless it's outside of the department or a leadership role. Only contract employees get to WFH and they are paid a higher salary.

      PTO and medical benefits....flexible and understanding with inclement weather concerns and safety

      Cons

      Low pay, very dismissive and disrespectful when it comes to speaking on cost of living increase and raises, and even condescending, responding with comments like "just be thankful you have a job and some companies don't even offer raises or bonuses. " Also unwilling to offer the option to work from home.

      It seems this healthcare system as a whole, does not offer remote work. I was a really great candidate for a specific role, but was cut off at phone screening process because I live too far to work onsite, even though I offered to come onsite periodically. I think they would have a much more qualified applicants if they would budge a little on this issue, especially for IT type roles. I'm a gem of an employee and they missed out
