      The company is organized and requires certain accomplishments to be met. Setting goals and completing educational requirements

      Cons

      Salary maximums are in place. Bonus type pay are given to those that have reached their maximum pay, but these are heavily taxed.

      Pros

      One benefit of this job is that I am able to easily take PTO time to do things that I need to take care of during the week such as taking an animal to the vet or getting a doctors appointment for a kid.

      Cons

      The job requires much more than what you expect for the pay. Some days you do not get much accomplished because of all the extra responsibilities. There are always new responsibilities and pay increases are small.
