      Accessible management who value employee input. Support of employees as individuals and professionals.

      Cons

      Lo-tech as compared to competitors. Computer charting system is not user friendly. Limited specialty hospital.

      No Mission at all, only bussiness oriented

      Pros

      Good bussiness oriented leaders but very thought on results, that blinds them for all good practices, some times they get good results.

      Cons

      They don´t care about "assosiates" at all, they want that you do as planed and if you think differet they get punitive, "you are out fast".
