      Some of the people working here are good and some are not...

      Cons

      Very disorganized place...major problems at this facility including administrator who was fired... physicians who refuse to admit patients...staff being escorted out.... not enough staff... staff sent home... interim CEO who is horrible and who does NOT CARE about any of the people who work here... Fake caring corporate morons who come to save our facility and who tell us nothing and leave us all wondering if we are going to remain open...they are desperate to find a group of physicians who will admit patients and who will admit vent patients... we only have 8 patients right now, no vents...what a joke...run from this place....I'm leaving....

      OK benefits. Great co workers. Love that they have a chapel where you can go to pray.

      Cons

      Horrible management. You get bullied by upper management and HR does nothing about it but go with the management side. Supervisors are retaliating and picking on employees in pfs department and nothing is being done about it. This is a fake faith based company because nothing that management does is of God. Run far away from company.retaliation is major at Christus and HR or the integrity line does not help the employees. They only help management. You get pulled in by management constantly over he say she say that only comes from what management wants to spread about people but yet the employees are taking the punch for it. If your faith is in God this is definitely not the company to work for. Management stick together no matter what. Harassment goes a long way without resolution. They have the highest turnover that I have ever seen.
