      HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK AS A NURSE!!

      Pros

      none-targeting and lying are the norm for management and other associates.

      Cons

      Major shift in management many times. People put into management positions had little or no training. Lying to employees was the norm for many people. They do not even come close to adhering to their mission statement. Middle management bullies and targets people that come to them with issues and do not try to resolve any issues. Techs go outside their scope of practice on a daily basis and nothing is done. Dangerous place to work if you want to keep your license.

      The mojority of the lower level people are awesome almost everyone wants to improve the business and follow the mission of CHRISTUS

      Cons

      Upper management struggles from narcissistic tendency and disregard of their employees concerns. Management lack transparency to the lower ranks, this type of management style went out with the dinosaurs the current job market is way to robust to tolerate the negative and punitive actions that leadership has taken toward employees. Employees should be valued as an asset. The feeble band-aid approach of creating reward programs, lacks the ability to remedy the true issues that this culture has; which does not mirror the company's mission and vision.
