      Good place to work up until new CEO took over in 2012.

      I had some great learning experiences moving through the ranks and the various facilities.

      Cons

      Once the new CEO took over in 2012 he took away all remote and flex schedules. Wanted all corporate staff in one location (Irving, TX). The method to his madness was to "change the culture" which really meant getting rid of the experience people and replacing them with cheaper, younger staff. They did this in about a 6 month time period and lost all their experience people. Really has hit the company hard and they have a lot of downtime on their computer systems.

      There is free expression of faith. The rank and file associates are amazing.

      Cons

      Leadership could do a better job of being open and honest. The general lack of trust is disturbing.
