      Bait and Switch -- Worst Company I Have Ever Worked For.

      Pros

      None, other than the bi-weekly paycheck.

      Cons

      They treat the exempt employees like non-exempt employees. They do not "give" you any holidays. All holidays are taken out of your personal time off. Very low morale. If you are mid-level professional, even if you are exempt, you will feel like a non-exempt employee.

      Religious participation, leadership activities, recognition. Resistance in physician participation in evidence based care.

      Cons

      Productivity standards are unrealistic and promote unsafe standards. Nursing positions are not filled and leadership leave within 1 year due to poor staffing. HR unsupportive of management.

      Pros

      Several locations throughout the US and flexible scheduling. Also there are several job opportunities to choose from in these locations. Employees are friendly.

      Cons

      Mediocre benefits and lack of paid holiday's. Also the communication from upper management is unexistent. Doesn't stand by and adhere to values.
