Good team work & opportunities for internal move. People are helpful and your ideas are always being discussed. Great place to work.

Cons

The company is too big to make any changes easily. It is very hard to push thing forward even it is small changes.

Pros

- salary (debatable for some) - bonus and raises scheme - though this is debatable as so much relies on management, but a lot is in your control - benefits - steadiness - diversity... but see below

Cons

- diversity. It could be better. For minorities, females, handicapped especially those that want to move up... - upward mobility. This is tough as the general corporate structure is a pyramid, so there's only so far people can go. - leadership. In my department, we have a new VP (about a year). Wonderful person to work with, but no vision. - general management. And without going into incendiary details, mostly the reason why i'm leaving. Lack of autonomy, micromanagement, comes off hypocritical (though I don't think they mean to be)
