Pros

very flexible to my school schedule, allows the ability to progress through the company. a lot of banking benefits (ie lower rates, free banking services etc)

Cons

A lot of lower level positions. A little bit hard to progress to really higher positions due to the few positions available.

Pros

(Technical jobs only) It's a job. It will pay you bi-weekly pay-cheques which will help you pay for your bills and such. Sometimes you are in dire need for a job. Good benefits package.

Cons

(Technical jobs only) Don't apply if you are a developer and have work experience with Technology companies. You will be very unsatisfied.
