Pros

When available support for training is generally provided.

Cons

Financial performance of the bank is directly related to the opportunities provided for training and career development. As the company has not had positive results (as communicated to employees) training budgets are one of the first things to disappear.

Management is breathing down sales teams necks for sales towards unattainable targets. Very competitive within each branch between sales people.
