Pros

Strong Branch network, neutral public image,

Cons

Training is basic, Pressure to sell products clients do not need. Branches spend more time fixing problems. Low community involvement, Compensation is reduced year over year, Low corporate culture, Co-workers offer little support, Will hire anyone w/no banking background, Poor hr support, Outdated technology,

Pros

the only pros are good benefits and decent compensation.

Cons

Branch management manages based on fear and intimidation. Those are the people that used to be good in sales rather then have a formal education in that field. No way to transfer to the head office if you are good performer. If not good, they will transfer you or just get rid of you. It is all about sales target. Little or no appreciation. Cannot raise your concerns or advice eon any improvements since you will be told off.

Pros

Great office, good environment, good salary and perks

Cons

no team unity, boring place to work, most of the places do not have seats for teller to work, not specific about transaction coming in or going specially related to ML. Any transaction can be done without punching pin with teller
