Pros

Innovation and depth of solutions lead the way. Focus is on accuracy and correctness Hyperbole and Over-claiming is not tolerated. Everything is justified and proven. A culture of continuous improvement is huge Company is very good at open communication from the C-Suite down to interns. Vacations / time off is encouraged - It's about getting the work done and achieving results not about punching a clock The pace is fast and execution is expected. There are no points for being busy. Collaboration is the norm.

Cons

Not a con but not for everyone: Initiative is required here. No one will micromanage your or hold your hand.

Cons

The Ag carbon market is the wild wild west right now. Going to be tough to navigate, but the reward (better soil, better water, better climate) is worth it.
