Pros

Very good tech culture, nice work/life balance, awesome benefits. The company has a large number of experienced Senior engineers which are very friendly and helpful. I'm a Senior dev myself and felt like I was continually learning and growing. It's one of the few companies I've worked where I honestly felt like I was making an impact. Kind of a perfect job if you're a Software Engineer or Data Scientist. Also the office space itself is pretty cool :)
