Great Benefits and Hard Work

Pros

Outstanding benefits, including great matching 401K, bonus program, vacation incentive, and competitive salary.

Cons

Working in a refinery is not glamorous. Having no life outside of work during turnarounds (plant shutdowns). An employee development and review process that is not taken seriously and rewards favorites. Management style has become very dictatorial from the top management and has stifled employee creativity.

Every one is considered same, incentive are not totally based on performance, so medium and top performer are almost same
