Pros

Good people and lots of opportunities to move around the plant if you are seeking an experience to learn a lot.

Cons

Manager positions are few and far between. You could spend 15 years in the plant and not be a manager

Pros

Ok company, Seems like a stable O&G company.

Cons

Benefits are meh. If youre covering a family. Remember to include this on your salary negotiation. As it isn't cheap. There is a looming law suit that still has not been resolved. The company is on the sake block. Depending on the purchaser. Most management jobs if not all jobs will most likely will be lost, or forced to reapply. The CEO stated they already allocated enough money to cover all employees with at least 1yr of severance. Not too good in this job market. SUPER Archaic systems and processes makes for a very tedious job and a slow to react company.
