      Pros

      Laid back atmosphere. Good life/work balance. Excellent benefits. Flex time. Excellent 401k matching. Great community involvement and social programs. Good training programs.

      Cons

      Some people get promoted and others get kept down. It doesn't have anything to do with work competency. There are people in the company with advanced degrees who are working beneath their skill levels. They try and try to change jobs within and nothing happens.

      Pros

      You get the opportunity to work on a lot of projects you wouldn't get to at larger companies. You get to have a large impact.

      Cons

      Because we are smaller, sometimes during the year workloads can get to be a little heavy. However, you also get to work on high level projects.
