      Flexible schedule Commission Nothing else available

      Pay is constantly being lowered, we used to get payed bonuses and they made it impossible for a normal salesperson to get, even the good ones. They are constantly micromanaging you and harassing you to the point of angering you. Everyone is miserable because of how bad the pay is and the terrible environment. There is a reason they have been sued so much

      Pros

      Great structure and awesome team, who wants to see you learn, grow, and stay long term with them. Management wants to see you succeed. Friendly environment to work in.

      Cons

      Sometimes you are going to be working after hours or on a off day. Sometimes, but that comes with the territory and responsibilities of being a manager at a large DC with several departments under your group.
