Pros

- Decent commissions. - A lot of great people at the showroom level. - Young company that’s continuing to grow.

Cons

-Micromanagement at every corner. Managers required to video record weekly coaching meeting with associates. - Doctors notes required to use sick time, even excused absences will incur a write up. - Not flexible or understanding when it comes to scheduling. Managers instructed to issue write up for tardiness starting at 1 second late. - All of the corporate management is involved with each other. Either through blood or marriage. Too much nepotism and conflict of interest result in putting the wrong people in the wrong place. - Management would rather watch someone fail in the wrong environment than see them thrive in the correct environment. See’s and calls struggling employees as “defects”. -Company will use holidays as one of your two days off. Example- if your normal days off are Monday, Tuesday, for Thanksgiving they’ll make you work Tuesday since the company is closed Thursday. Giving you 2 days instead of what should be 3 days off. This is a poor tactic to avoid paying holiday pay, and results in your holiday not being a holiday at all. - Managers have no real power. Customer care handles all customer related issues after delivery, and managers are powerless to overturn their poor decisions resulting in angry customers and poor business practices. - The company will protect poor performers IF they check DEI checkboxes. Straight White Men will be hung out to dry, but those who meet the DEI initiatives will be protected even if they lack the skills to adequately perform in their role.
