Pros

The benefits are amazing and keep getting better. In the new year they added paid holidays and scheduling improvements. The company constantly asks you what they can be doing better and they listen! We will soon have tablets to use instead of desktops and my current showroom is being renovated/updated. The company also offers; $1000 in health insurance discounts when you get your preventative screening done, paid vacation, referal bonuses, tons of sales bonuses, and some very USEFUL training. They only promote from within. I am I very satisfied customer and worker.

Cons

Working nights and weekends can be difficult. That's when everyone is shopping so that's when we want to work most. With the new scheduling improvements we can now take an entire weekend off every few months.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We're thrilled to hear that you like our improvements to Holiday Pay and especially our schedule improvements. We want to allow our Associates to earn a great income and still have work/life balance. Keep providing feedback as your voice is definitely heard!

Pros

Company as a whole is great. Very family oriented, lots of incentives, and different free events and seminara for employees.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Cant solve problems effectively due needing to maintain actuve time and calls per hour. Different departments seem against each other. Lack of communication, no one on same page.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We pride ourselves on being a family-oriented company focused on providing our Associates and our customers with a great experience. It is a careful balance to maintain short hold times and still provide excellent service, so that's why we have to create standards for active call time/calls per hour. We're always open to feedback and our goal is to continuously improve. I hope that several of our recent changes (based on feedback) have improved interdepartmental communication in your area.

Pros

Great people, Recruiter Amanda R. was super friendly, asked the right questions and was really passionate about the company and her position. I met the store manager and many other employees and I'm super excited to work for them. In fact, this is the most energized I've been in years...

Cons

There aren't any cons I can think of. It made me fill out at least five words in this section.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I'm so happy that your hiring and onboarding experience was positive. We've spent a lot of time over the last 1-2 years improving in both of these areas and still make regular tweaks based on new hire feedback. Our goal is for your hiring and onboarding experience to be seamless. We've spent 45+ years building an awesome company and I'm glad you can see that from the very start. I hope your training is also going great. We look forward to providing you with a career where you can grow and excel.
