Pros

I worked at City Furniture for over seventeen years. After reading several reviews, I felt compelled to participate and give an unbiased / objective point of view. I’m no longer a CF employee so this is the TRUTH, as I have nothing to gain or lose. I started at CF as a sales associate, working my way up through managerial positions and ultimately earning a position as the Sr. General Manager of Miami’s flagship Showroom. CF provided me with invaluable business & more importantly, life lessons. They facilitated a platform that allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. When I left CF I was poised and confident to take on new challenges and often reflect on the building blocks that made me the professional I am today. Are they perfect…. really, what company is? But I can promise you this. If you’re looking for a company that fosters a culture of mutual respect, family values and rewards work ethic. If you want to push yourself and be part of something that’s bigger than collecting a paycheck. If you’re ready to take it to the next level. Stop looking and give them a shot. You won’t regret it.

Cons

Not really any worth mentioning.

Pros

None. Maybe some of the ASSOCIATES that worked there.

Cons

I'm not a negative person by any means but City Furniture has a LONG way to go to make their employees happy. I fully understand how it's like to be a sales person and meet a goal but their goals a ridiculous and it's also hard to sell a product you don't fully believe in. The management team SUCKSSSS. Poor poor poor management skill. They are the definition of micromanagement. So if you like all the thigks I listed above then you should definitely apply. If not then save yourself from the headache.
