Pros

In sales, everyday is a new adventure. Involves design and creative aspects. We love friendly competition and motivating each other. Plenty of room for growth within the company. Strong presence on college campuses and strongly believes in college recruiting. Very involved in giving back to the community and "going green" initiatives

Cons

Can't think of any cons - City Furniture is always looking for ways to improve and is open to hearing opinions from every department.

Pros

I meet some great people.

Cons

The salary they "tell you" you can make is bogus. The commission rate is the lowest in the industry. Management encourages you to get a sale anyway you can - steal customers out from under your fellow coworkers.
