      Pros

      Nice "Continuous improvement culture" the associates have permission to fail, everyone is treated like family, there are no titles when it comes to problem solving meetings and giving honest feedback. Amazing benefits and most importantly Upper Management is very sincere

      flexible hours. some weeks you make decent money. no real physical labor, its really the easiest job i have ever had.

      Cons

      This company is purely sales driven if you cannot sell you don't belong. there are long hours, goals that are unreasonable, only %4 commission, horrible customer service (which causes most of your cancellations) you can come in after 2 days off to a negative paycheck. The hourly is only about $11.50 if you don't exceed your hourly pay with commissions. Upper management and managers DO NOT care about you, you will be treated like cattle. if you do not produce they will get rid of you not work with you. if you are offered a position make sure you get all the details IN WRITING. If your general manager does not like you and you have any hopes of progressing into the management program get real comfortable because you aren't going anywhere.

      Pros

      the people, team environment, opportunity to grow, great leadership, overall great career opportunity. I joined this company out of college in a sales position without realizing what an exciting career path was available to me. I am so grateful for the learning experience I have been offered here.

      there isn't anything that I am unhappy with in this organization.
