Pros

City Furniture is an great place to work at. I was recruited right out of college and choosing to work for City Furniture has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. You can move up very quickly if you work hard. The company really does put People First and we have great benefits. I am so glad that I decided to start my career with such a great company.

Cons

I am satisfied with all aspects of this company. No cons.

Fun Place to Work

Pros

Very Social environment and fun place to work. Not a cut throat sales floor.

Cons

Poor work life balance and typical retail schedule. Flooded floors. Store manager is the furthest one can go. Upper management is not an option due to a bottleneck of "buddies" at the top.
