      Medium sized family company with great opportunity for those who are motivated and self starters.

      Pros

      The family conservatively manages the business, they are actively involved and the owner knows the majority of the associates by name. You can go far if you work hard, the business is usually profitable and at times can be generous to its associates.

      Cons

      Technology is outdated and you often have little resources to work with (both human and financial). Not enough intelligent managers to drive the company to the next level.

      Great culture - the owner knows each employee by name and your co-workers are people you actually WANT to work with! The company only promotes from within, so if you work hard you will be successful. Good benefits and a promising future of growth

      Cons

      The retail hours, while flexible, are hard b/c there are no weekend days off.
