Pros
Good benefits, love the job itself but....The negatives far outweigh the positives.
Cons
It is exactly like being bait in a shark tank. Management has no concern for its employees, only on dollars. Long work days, never a week end off, lifting 50 or 60 pounds. Rules change mid stream but only for certain people. Rampant favoritism. Money is not at all what they promise. Very difficult place to work. Management steals sales, and you have no recourse.
