Really bad bonus structure used to be better from an avrg of 1k-2k a month before 2022 then new bonus structure average is 50$-750$

you can get good tips and have very profitable trucks

Cons

there is favoritism in the company and most people do not get good paying trucks and starting commission makes it’s worse. and may have some 12+ hour days for little pay

Pros

Solid pay. Great bonus opportunity. Consistent company growth means you can move up the leadership ladder fairly quick if you have the right mindset and put the work in. The company has many great and fun incentives for top performance throughout the year.

Cons

Not many cons for working in the showroom itself. However, apparent lack of accountability for other departments leads to a lot of headaches on the Sales end of things.
