      The people who still work here.

      Cons

      Low compensation paired with the fear of layoffs mean you will take on extra work with no pay. Work life balance are empty words and the values we recite each morning are parodies of what the company once cared for. No longer. Family spirit? Entire families laid off. Profit sharing? Squandered by goals of growth and poor budgeting. Tenure is rewarded with insulting offers of "reallocation" for entry level pay, in an effort to force out anyone who recognizes the culture shift. You can disregard these cons if you are part of the Family Tree that is the VP layer.

      Was a great company about 3 years ago…until the CEO took over

      CEO is a fake. The only family that matters is the one with his name and anyone who married into it. Horrible 5 year plan Poor business outlook Expanded too quickly after Covid Too many kiss …… Not transparent as they say CEO spends too money $$ on stupid things Termites in the Fort Meyers location
