Pros

From what I've seen, drivers can make quite a bit of money. My direct coworkers were fairly nice and anyone else around my level in the company were really nice as well.

Cons

Different departments feel as though they are out to get each other, especially between Returns and Repair, and Returns and the Drivers. I've often felt that the amount of work I do is not worth the amount they are willing to pay me. I was hired to assist my leader with the Returns Department, but instead of us working together, I'd mostly have to do all the work on my own. My other direct leader would get drilled in by the boss constantly for no reason.

Pros

Good pay and fair schedules

Cons

No real possibilities to grow, they choose people to promote before the position even becomes available
