      Great co-workers, fun atmosphere, flexibles hours

      Cons

      Was promised more initially in compensation than what was actually earned for most employees. Management could have created more realistic expectations instead of hiring too many employees that had a hard time dealing with slower traffic after the store opened.

      Backorders, Micromanaging. Hard to find Prices on furniture, then we get written up for wrong sku written

      Good company to work for Nice leadership (for the most part) Good money to be made Nice coworkers

      Cons

      WORST employee purchase program. Basically costumers would get a better discount than you do, doesn’t matter how much you sell.
