      Pros

      Video interviews are easier for both parties because you don’t have to travel. You receive detailed information about the position, which makes it easier to know if you’re the right fit. The questions are easy and flexible, adjusted to your experience. The interviewer is very attentive and always gives immediate feedback.

      Cons

      The training is a bit far, but they adjust the time and schedule, and that makes it great. Multiple interviews may be time-consuming and can make the candidate feel more nervous.

      - commaraderie between associates at the showrooms - I've seen leadership speak with associates in the showrooms hearding the good and bad -associates working harder/more to be better is encouraged

      Cons

      - making sure current associates feel heard/current opportunities addressed and being resolved while growth is happening

      Great Company to work for, attention to detail for the employees great benefits, The best part City offers you a carrier this is a place with equal job opportunities for everyone. Great place to build your family and retire. I been with the company for 1 year and is been an amazing experience for me and the crew around me.
