I have always worked in Hospitality. I have managed many concepts for over 40 years. This is the 1st time I have flexibility to certain Holidays off. It’s nice to be with family during special events or Holidays. Average work week is only 45 hrs, by choice. Good for someone who wants to move up the ranks quickly. Big opportunities with growth of the company.

Three years ago I started working in the Millenia store as a Sales Associate. I immediately fell in love with the culture and friendly atmosphere. The management team was so inspiring that I decided to join the MIT program and six months later became a showroom manager, and that was only the beginning of my journey… After working in multiple stores I realized that we had the same friendly, fun and safe environment through the whole company.
