It is possible to earn some money in this organization; however, you will not likely experience significant growth or receive proper training and guidance. The communication within the organization is generally poor. There appears to be a considerable gap between the sales department's bottom producers and the management team. The company's culture is deteriorating as it prioritizes cost-cutting measures over employee incentives. The organization distributes new, unnecessary processes and inadequate training every week to please upper management and justify their salaries.
