      Pay not on scale for position, high turnover especially for Managers, employee relations not great, lack of respect toward employees.

      Pros

      Good company where there is a lot of opportunity for advancement. The seem to care about the employee. The have dinners and recognition on the regular for their employees. If you have a background in Operations Management you would fit in fine with one of their management teams.

      Cons

      You must be a self trainer because there approach to training new managers is awful. You will have to learn most of the ropes yourself. In my particular building the facility manager is a micro manager that does not trust his management team. Benefits are not the best
