Pros

The bonds you make with your co-workers make the job! The work spaces are all designed well and look physically pleasing. The meeting rooms you can use during work hours are newly renovated and easy to book using their integrated google IT system. Management is more then willing to work with you and talk with you no matter your level on the corporate ladder, they do not have doors on their cube's so it's easy to contact them whenever.

Cons

Pay isn't great... Using temps without college degrees to do the same work as full time employees and that get paid the same as a full time employee is not a great way to keep full time employees happy

Pros

- Some of the people you work with are easy to get along with. - Somewhat steady pay. - Not very complicated.

Cons

- The people who are naturally hard-working, are continually expected to work harder and harder. - The people who are lazy are continually allowed to carry on doing as little as possible. - The rate of pay is a bit low for the industry. - There is a massive amount of mutual disrespect between management and floor personnel. - The production "POP Score" is unbalanced in such a way that the harder you work, the harder it is to maintain a decent score. - You are often approached with less than 30 minutes left on your shift and told that you are required to stay for an additional 2-4 hours mandatory overtime. If you can't stay over, you will be given half of an attendance point. If you accumulate 10 points, you're fired.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Jobs at corporate are secure but there is no room for advancement. If you are happy with the position and pay you start with then you will enjoy a long career in the same job for many decades.

Cons

Narcissistic managers want to be treated as infallible. They do not listen to ideas, suggestions or advice. They make promises that the employees need to deliver without ever managing, or seemingly thinking about, how it will get done. However, those same managers are happy to take credit for whatever is accomplished.
