Cons

Absolutely no loyalty to employees. Excessive safety policy. Very difficult production goals to meet.

WORKED AT DIFFERENT BUILDING THE LAST BUILDING I WORK AT MANAGEMENT WAS GOOD. OPEN DOOR POLICY AT DSC BUMBER BEE LOCATION

Cons

Pay isn't good. High turnover rate. Don't feel the company likes long term employment. Not a place if you are trying to build a career. If you are just starting off and need to gain experience this will be a good place to work.
