Fair starting wage for learning process and good pay when hired after probationary period. Good and well maintained equipment.

Cons

Not enough time to learn WMS while getting up to required rate of unit per hour moved. Due to maintaining needed rate to keep job; when asking for help from seasoned employees it was hard to get the help.
