Business Outlook
Pros
No layoffs. Opportunity for advancement. DSC really cares about hourly employees. Many 2nd chances to follow policies and rules.
Cons
Not staffed adequately requiring too many hours of mandated OT. Low starting wage causing turn over after the inexperienced new hires get a few months experience under their belt and can apply for higher paying jobs requiring experience. Difficult environment to manage in. Too many 2nd chances for hourly EE's big mistakes.
