Pros
The pay is decent enough, and a large number of temp employees will end up getting hired on.
Cons
There is no training to speak of. Employees are thrown into the job with no explanation as to their job duties, and then punished for not knowing what to do. Bonuses are based on individual quotas, so none of the other employees are willing to help since it will take a piece of their pie. Also a lot of mandatory overtime.
