Pros
Great snacks, smart co-workers, good health benefits, friendly environment, central location. I don't agree with the complaints about the senior managers. I always found the partners to be respectful, smart, and highly driven.
Cons
The firm's bread and butter is improving IT processes through "data science consulting" - a boring endeavor when work exists. Coupled with the low pay, it's surprising that as many people have stuck around when there is minimal client work to be done. I hope the pace picks up in the near future because the firm has a number of eminently capable employees who are eager for something to do. The previous post points out that CKM is so much better off in so many dimensions than it was two years ago. Who cares? Tell that to new hires. I seriously doubt that the median time at CKM is currently greater than 1 year. Why is so much effort put into the single product? Perhaps management should reconsider their current strategy and realign.
