Pros

If you are lucky enough to get on an actual project, the work can be interesting. And if you like to travel, some of the projects can take you to quite exotic places. Compensation is competitive with respect to the industry, and the insurance offerings are fairly good.

Cons

Partners claim to promote a flat hierarchy but can be unapproachable and downright mean. Projects are hard to come by, and a significant number of staff often find themselves "on the beach" for months at a time.
